Cancellation of the deal with Weavacell

I have recently purchased an Idroid Table via the telephone. I was promised that I will shortly receive an sms with the details of the contract and also the actual name of the device. That didn't happen. Instead few days later I received a call from the delivery company informing me abt the delivery. I asked them what type of a device is this and they gave me a name and I Google it. Thats how I got to know about the type of a device. Few days later I received a call from the courier campany deliveriing the device, it arrived on time but i am not happy with the device at all. I cant even work on it. Its out of service since day one. I took it to Vodacom to help me set it up and they couldn't they just told me to return it back. They said for R399.00 monthly I should get something better than this. They actualy advised me to cancel this contaract which I am currently tyring to do. I phoned Weavacell yesterday and told them that I have written to them a week ago about the cancelation which I didnt get a responce and I told them why I am cancelling the contract they promised to get back to me and I am still waiting. I tried foning today but just going thru their answering machines
