Promised promotional 3 month pack, not recieved

I was contacted about a 3 month promotional pack which I would be recieving. given my bank details and all other information they needed. they said it would take between 7 to 14 working days to recieve it. this was around about the 15th of Aprill. (18 working days ago). is this a because it sure looks that way to me. when and if I ever recieve it, is this the type of service I will be getting.
