PARCEL STUCK AT JHB INT MAIL CENTRE

I have a parcel which arrived in March at your offices and it has a status of in transit up to the current date, i already submitted the proof purchase more than four time both by fax and email. I haven't seen any changes, can someone please explain to me, what is the hold up??? its been almost three months and i havent received my parcel. The tracking n#EE826809168CN and local tracking n#II278637904ZA.
