Do not pay for work done

Unitek issued orders based on quotes received from us for shop detailing. Unitek except the drawings and start fabricating. After payments were queried, e-mails promising payments is received from Unitek and we continue working on their project. Once the last batch of drawings were completed and ready for delivery, we insisted full payment before releasing. Their next response were that the work done by us were not to standard and that they will not pay.
From the e-mails promising payment to the e-mail complaining about quality, they continued fabricating from our drawings and we had not been requested to investigate the so-called problems during fabrication.
The modus operandi appears to be feeding small payments while the work is in progress and then not paying the outstanding balance once the work is completed.
