Worst service eve

I got in contact with this company to print a design for my business. I emailed for a quotation and had to email again before they sent through the quote.

I phoned to accept the quote - but no one answered any of the phone numbers which was provided.

I paid a deposit and emailed the proof of payment and asked if every thing was in oder. This was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them. Monday morning, 29/04/2013 I phoned agian - again I struggled most of the morning to get in touch.
Pia advised me that she would check her email and reply - I am still waiting for a response.

I wanted my order for mother's day - but at this rate I doubt it will happen as my first email to Thoidas was on the 10/04/2013. 20 days later and I STILL don't know if my things are going to be printed.

I want my money back and I want to take my design else where to be printed.
