I used 2 have a debit order running off my account on a certain date and asked Edgards to move debit order date 2 an earlier date as I wanted it 2 b closer 2 the time I was getting paid as I move all my money from the debitable account 2 another 4 saving reasons. I then made the mistake not checking that all my D/orders in Dec/Jan period went off 2 which I found I missed the Edgars debit order. I phoned in again and asked for it to b changed 2 an earlier date 2 which I was expecting 2b debited twice in the next month. Again I didnt check if all my debit orders went through @month end & moved the money 2 another account which resulted in another debit order 2 bounce. As disappointed as I was I felt I was also responsible for this as I did not check if all my debit orders have gone through so I did not complain. I was left with a much bigger min balance that I could afford. Edcon started phoning me each month asking when I will pay 2 which I replied to each time how much I will pay&by when. Irritatingly they kept smsing &phoning me each month on numerous times (rude on the phone) as no one yet again didnt pay attention to what was discussed. Appaling client experience, I closed the acc 2day
