Harassment by call centre

I have been away for 10 years & now for the first time they keep sending me texts. Saying to avoid legal action I must make payment to the following account number etc...
No details no amount nothing!
I do not recall leaving any account owing when I left in 2001 for the UK.

After reading up on 'my rights' over google it states that if you don't hear from the company within 3 years they have no right to proceed.

My bank account was recently cloned & all monies removed. I feel like I am been again!

What is the right thing to do here!?
