Threatening sms

I have just called Barret and Assoc at 11:30am today after mailing them the second time proof of my settlement payment for an alleged outstanding credit card acc.
This account was settled on 13/06/2009 at First National Bank Bloemfontein Maitland str and yet they say i have an oustanding acc and calls me, threaten me with legal action sms's.
Well Barret and Assoc i have my proof, please take me to court that i can nail you and FNB with my proof and sue you. I faxed the proof and whilst btyping this they again sms me and again threaten me... read the Nationala Credit Act, and we'll talk.
Funny enough they received this acc from FNB in 2011 as outstanding... there are so many complaints against Barret and Assoc for outstanding accs in 2011???
Furthermore, your customer consultants/call centre staff are rude... Nomvuyo Oliphant slammed the phone down in my ear while trying to sort out you and fnb's mess...
