SETTLED AND PAID CREDIT CARD - REAPPEARED AS A BAD

To my shock, i received the most disturbing phone call on Tuesday from an attornery called Groenewald Lubbe Inc threatening me to pay my debt for my credit card or they will be taking Legal action.

I called the attorney on Wednesday and explained that I don't have a credit card and don't know what you are referring to, she shared the reference number on the credit card with me, I told her that I did have a credit card in during the period 1996 to August 2000 but the card was paid up. She suggested I call the credit card division.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at FNB for the past 3 days and to date I can't get a hold of anyone to assist me, I keep getting transferred from pillar to post and left various messages for someone to call me as I am stressing!!!

Since this drama has unfolded I have managed to locate my proof of payment and settlement letter 13 years ago as proof of payment!!!

I still need someone efficient to call me to clear this debt from my name and sort this mess out, now when i log into my online banking here appears this debt!!!

FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU SLOGAN SHOULD CHANGE AS YOURS SERVICE IS AWFUL.
