Struggling for almost 6months

I moved into my house 21 December 2012 i adviced Leeuwmar Maritz Tania Brand of my complaint that the boundary wall the previous owner build was unstable was adviced to get 3quotes to which i did . all the builders adviced us that the wall due to the poor structure could fall in the cuming raining season.

March 4th i requested feedback from Tania to which she responded back to me on the 12th March explaining they requested my file from archives 18th April i mailed Tania again to which she responded they cant find my file in archive and she adviced them to look for it my last email was 8th May where i requested the compliance electrical certificate and feedback regarding the wall situation Tania then responded the 9th May saying she will call me during the day to discuss the mail i send ever since no reponse. i forwarded the mail to Jolene a partner at the firm she ask Tania to please provide feedback todate being the 17th i have no feedback.

I am at a loss for words cause should that wall cum down and the house burn down due to faulty electricy who is liable for the damage?

I honestly trusted them and was excited to do business with them i am deeply dissapointed.
