I have called this MBD Inc on the 15 march, to make an arrange with them regards my payment, I spoke to Lucia & I've been told that system will automatically update as the payment comes through. but to my surprise I've been receiving SMSs still to tell me the same thing, i have been ignoring them but now they are irritating because I have paid what they want? So Lucia did not do her job! I then decided to call today & I spoke to a special soul, PRECIOUS, who was very incompetent, no listening skills at all, she even told Me she doesn't care... HORRIFIC! she can even drop the call if she wants to-feeling very superior on my expense! I AM DISGUSTED, I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN IT... ken system can send SMSs but cant update payments, REALLY?
