I closed my account at Foscini in 2009. I recieved a call from MBD Attorneys in 2012 to say I still need to pay R460.44. A you know my slip to proof that the acc is closed is gone as it was in 2009 last paid (3 years later).
I agreed to pay the amout off in terms of R250 p/m. They phoned me again and again and every time it is a big fight over the phone. Every time I ask for a statement and don't recieve it, until 22 March 2013. It states: My Capital is R460.44 My payments is R512.50 Intrest R 116.14 Fees R315.14 I still need to pay R 379.22. I must do a debit order (witch I am not going to do) at the end of the day I am going to pay R 839.66 for something that is not even my fault. Dec last I only owed R 150 so from then to now it went up with R 229.22. I think they are ripping people off!!!
