Paid up credit card

I had a credit card with Nedbank that was paidup and the account was closed in 2009. I recieved a letter as proof from nedbank that this account is closed on 02/04/09. I have been getting several demands for payment from Norton-Lambrianos Attorneys since last year. (2012) I have faxed and emailed all the documentation to Karin at Norton-Lambrianos Attorneys on several occations. They just keep on sending me letter after letter. I have even contacted them by phone. They just keep on telling me I will have to pay and they have listed me with the credit buro. I just dont know what to do anymore!!!
