Please tell me what's up

Do not know how they still can operate as it seems that they are not doing what they are employed to do. I had calls regarding accounts from them that has been paid up to date and as per them fully paid in Apr - June 2012. Today 28/02/2013 I get called from another collection agency with regards to payments that has not been done??? Do MBD people not update credit records or pay over the money they receive from people like me and update a person ITC records??? I think they must catch a wake up as i refuse to do any additional payments and interest because MBD not doing their work.
