Numerous calls regarding an account I never open!

I have been receiving numerous calls from this company & their rude staff, claiming that I have debt outstanding since 2002, a Milady's account that I never opened. Firstly false claims, secondly a prescribed debt, as stipulated in the prescribed rate act & thirdly unruly rude agents phoning & yelling & making all sort of claims.

I have spoken to the superior whom was meant to listen to the last few calls & revert to me, Nothing to date however continuous calls are being made to me at my work place, I have to go over the same story over & over again with no avail, help or assistance.
