Bad attitude

After prevoius complant, I spoke to the director, mr Cronje, who said he would look into the case, but added... then they will have to call me back again... sarcastically... nobody bothered to call me back, it was up to me to make the call, and as expected, nothing did happen, they still insist and claim they called all the telephone numbers provided, of which 1 of them does not exist, as i have given up my telkom line 3 years ago.
