Legal cover claim unfairly rejected

I have been trying for months to organize a lawyer for an upcoming case. It will start on the 7th of October. I have legal cover with iWyze; it's a DUI case. At first, they said they would assist, but then they changed, and Peter Ditsi said my claim is rejected. However, I'm covered for criminal cases, so I don't understand on what basis they reject my claim. When I took out the policy, they told me all criminal cases are covered. I have the Gold Value Bundle with iWyze. Please help because I'm without a lawyer now, and my case starts soon. Thank you.
