Cherise Rabie one of the associate Attorneys at Van Stadens Attorneys hatched a plan with his brother Arnu Rabie to defraud my company Newron Group an amount of R26 000-00 through the High Court. They searched my company on the CIPC to lodge a claim of the said amount which the company never owed. Cherise and his brother sent summons using fraudlently generated invoices to the previous company adress until they got an order through a Judge they share the same surname with Justice Rabie. One wonders how they got the order with documents that do not match. I have since opened a case for the sister and brother criminal combination
