Shocking service on sale of house

We chose Vining Camerer Inc as the Conveyances for the sale of our house in Johannesburg and were very disappointed. The communication from their side was shocking, to the point that we had to harass them to get any answers on the progress of the sale. Their written responses to our questions were never clear, listing the steps to be taken but not actaully which ones had yet to be processed. The sale took 3, 5 months due to shocking communication, management and follow up by Vining Camerer Inc. The process took so long that the purchasers went into breach of contract causing much distress to all parties. The legal advice offered to us, the sellers, by Vining was to our detriment and thankfully we didn't take this advice.

I can strongly recommend using another conveyancer, they will surely be more professional, efficient and helpful than Vining Camerer Inc.
