PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE!!!

I seriously do not know what to say about this call centre's people.
I have been battling for over 5 months now just to get statements
Emailed to me to see what I want to see and what I have to explain
Each and every time to the next call centre agent that calls me. I am
SO FED-UP with these people. I NEED STATEMENTS ON THIS ACCOUNT
WHICH REFLECTS MY LAST DATE OF PAYMENT AND BALANCE AT THE
TIME WHEN I STILL HAD THE CELL CONTRACT!!! IS THAT TOO MUCH
TO ASK!!! Every time a different person calls me and every time I have to
explain the whole story again and every time each and every person that I
talk to promises to send me statements, even worst is that wile I am busy
talking to them they promise that they are emailing the statements as we
speak!!!
What must I do to get what I want from you people!!! NO customer service at
all!!! No wonder there's so many complaints on this page for Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates!!!
