How do you dolts manage to breathe?

In my entire life... I have never met such a bunch of incompetent people under one roof... I have now tried and tried to resolve a payment with this company from Aug 2011..yet here I am still trying to get this sorted out (2 and a half years in the making)... the last time I spoke to one called Rochelle on Oct 29 2013 and it's been 3 month now and I'm still waiting for her to come back to me about this payment that was made into your companies bank account... I'm still waiting for you to remove my name from ITC... still waiting!!!..Today I phoned 6 times and every time I phone Carrol cant seem to help me on a simple matter like putting me trough to Rochelle...
Is it possible that anyone working at this joke of a company can help me... my ID number is 7807145027083... my name- Jaco Beukes... it's about a payment I made some time ago for an outstanding @home account..please can you get the smartest person there to contact me a.s.a.p
