Unacceptable incompetence, bad service

For 5 months a cash sale of a property now feedback from the deeds office is withheld since 7 november, 17 December they told us their office opens 6 January, now the office can't access information on the computers. Onlky the attorney can, and she will be in meetings indefinite! We are without a home, and throughout christmas and new year still no help from them!
