I received a diturbing letter from from barnard germond & associates stating my account number: palesa ndlovu -I3068285 that they acting on behalf of vodacom referencing that my account is outstanding. I owe them R2, 435.82 an amount of R1693.10 will be accepted as a full and final payment (including their fees) on my account. They invite me to seize this opportuninty, I would like help with this matter because as far as I'm concerned I cancelled my contract with vodacom and paid my outstading balance on the 2nd of august 2013 as we had made an arragement of paying 230 from the 2nd of each month till august.they even gave my number to someone else now they serve me with a once off settlement offer lette
