Incompetence = Delay = Financial Down Fall

A client of Z&Z Ngogodo Inc. purchased a property from us. WE WERE IN FOR SUCH A RIDE which was when the next happened. We received an email from Alecia whereby we were asked to collect a rates and taxed clearance certificate, now according to our knowledge having experience with transactions from the past this is the responsibility of the conveyance firm. We went out of our way to obtain the document and send it. Then we were told nonsense stories of delays in the tax clearance cert. We phoned an internal party at SARS who informed us that there was no hold up. Suddenly they received it from SARS. SERIOUSLY!!! Then we were finally told that we would receive our money this week after waiting 3 months only to then get a follow up call informing us that the bond cancellation from Absa has now only been requested and our money will only be paid to us in Jan 14. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! One and false promise after the other!!! O yes, we are no longer their problem after 13.12.13 as they go on leave. WHERE IN YOUR LIFE?? I cannot even sufficiently provide for my family due to your incompetence and you have caused us to fall into massive financial chaos! DO YOU NOT CARE???
