Ms De Klerk did NOT communicate effectively with me and was not at her office at the scheduled time for me to collect paperwork. I emailed her and received a rather abrasive response, upon which, I called her to explain that very little of the contents of her mail had been communicated to me previously. Ms De Klerk did not allow me to state the facts as I saw them and continued to try to talk over me, when I tried to explain to her that she was in fact dealing with someone in mourning who had quite a bit on her plate already, she put the phone down on me. I then emailed her, once again to request delivery/postage of documentation as I could not collect during work hours, she ignored my request and re-stipulated that it must be collected and that I am to provide the ID number of the person collecting, this to me seems as though I cannot send a courier and that is in fact counter productive. I feel Ms De Klerk has acted VERY emotionally and that this matter cannot be resolved without her reasonable compliance to written requests and adherence to the norms of courtesy and civility.
