I had an account with Edgars which was handed over to Marais Muller Yekiso Inc in 2009. They submitted a garnish order to my HR and i have been paying them R300 ever since Dec 2009 up until now. Their balance was R7590.05. Last year January 2012 i decided to call them for a settlement, i spoke to Theresa and she email the settlement amount. I decided to call Edcon Legal Department asking for my balance, guess what my account was paid up and they have closed my account in December 2010. All i want to find out is why am i still paying Marais Muller Yekiso Inc then? I called them and i spoke to Savanna who still says i still owe them R2258 and they are still waiting for a statement from Edcon. This is a rip off a day light. As far as im concerned im due for a refund.
