Account increases by R900 in one month

On the 29th October i called in to complain that one from MBD has called me back since September. I spoke to a gentlemen who said my balance was R748 which did not include the payment i made on the 26th October and the discount on my account was R1112. I told him i wanted my discount so he said he would cancel my debit order and refer the account to customer services to process and close, today i get a sms from MBD telling me my debit order has bounced when i call in my balance has now changed from R498 to R1391 in one month and they insist that my balance was never R498 so I tell Riaad to go listen to the call he then calls me back and tells me that the consultant did say my balance was R498 but nobody know where he saw that and i must pay and then they will look into it
