Double account entry for one account

Home choice displays a debt amount of R888 on my credit record, which they should. Now, apparently HTN Attorneys charged this amount on the account they have created on my name and they also billed some Legal costs on it - bringing it to around R1229.29. Fair still! I have called them (HTN Attorney) to make payment arrangements since I am now employed again. I then arranged for a debit order to go on my bank account with the initial payment being R500 and the second payment to be the balance thereof. This we agreed with their call centre lady attending to the matter. The first debit order went through but then I was told that there were two accounts on my name of which one had a balance of around R1400, now I got off! I have ask them to serve me with a court order entitling them to all these two amounts and apparently the court order does not exist. Now, how the did you get to a sum of around R2600 from a balance of R888. and all the hundred calls and mails from hundred people handling one account? You surely will never get things right HTN. For now, you are a disgrace to much reputable clients you have and I hope they could see this.
