Bad Experience

I have received a bad experience with DebtRecon where I have went to them for help that has left me worse situation than i was, in August 2013 i had my too vehicles accounts that were on arrears of R 12 000 and because of affordability i opted to be placed under debt review, I explained my situation to my debt Councillor Eshara from DebtRecon where she has advised me and gave the comfort and certainty that i will be assisted through the problems i am facing, I was then told to make an immediate deposit without a waste of time so they can look into my debts and handle my problems, I was also advised not to make any further arrangements with the banks for collection of any amount nor meet with them, then on the 16th Of November i was issued a combined summons by the bank stating that they require a full amount of arrears that are outstanding in 10 days arrears amounting now to R 35 000.00 on both vehicles, interest and legal charges were adding up daily which today i made a payment of R 28 200.00 just to save one vehicle, I now need to hand over the other vehicle, I payed over R 11 000.00 to debt review, they still asking for my premiums... A bad service, no refund and silence!
