Harassment & cheating on fees by VVM/Homechoice

I was informed by VVM on 26/10/2012 that they are collecting an amount of R885.72 from me for Homechoice. I have since paid R850 and they still require R3 749.55. This is not legal. No court action has commenced and such fees are not allowed. They sms me all hours, nights, weekends even sundays. I thought the consumer protection act prevented this. They email constantly. They threaten to blacklist me stating that they have not received payment when they have. All payments are done by my mother via eft and proof is there. This is causing so much stress.
