Is this how lawyers deal with people!

I was contacted by Lizelle the beginning of this week telling me I am in debt with one of there customers, of which I agreed and told her to email the info of which she did, and I got all together to email her back with a avidavit, then oh my broke loose, and she send me the most ridiculous email telling me she is not judging me but DSTV is a luxury and how can I say R5500.00 per month is far to much to fit the bill for groceries for 1 adult and four teenage children, who where do you employ these most unprofessional people, maybe they should re look at there ways and means, well even after that I phoned her, she put the phone down in my ear, as she wouldnt let me speak first as she wanted to, then contact her supervisor and told them that if I dont have a apology from the company and especially her by Monday morning on my email, this and all the correspondence in my emails will be exsposed to the public by means of the media. When one is a single mother trying to feed clothe and look after her 4 children by herself for the last 13 years and not managing, how dare they be so insulting and absolutely unethical to this degree!!! Very upset women with four beautiful children.
