Garlicke & Bousfield
Paid for services not delivered as advised

Having consulted with Mr. Dean Carro of Garlicke and Bousefield I was informed that I had a case where I would receive settlement of two years salary form my previous employer (L&G Tools) for an illegal retrenchment. I am dissatisfied with the services rendered by Garlicke and Bousfield or the lack thereof. I believe that I have not received benefit from the legal services provided. As a retrenched person I feel misguided/misrepresented and ill informed. The only party that has received any form of benefit would be Garlicke and Bousfield.

I constantly had to make contact with the attorney, Mr. Dean Carro in order to establish developments and the status with regards to the matter. I was not even informed by him that we would be required to make an appearance. I had to inform him after I had established that a hearing had been arranged. Furthermore the section uder which the transfer took place was to be established by Mr. Carro and has never been done.

I can only describe this as Capitis Diminutio Maxima whereby the legals create a new language and we the people are dis-empowered through being legally illiterate.
