Still waiting for my pension payment???

I have resigned from my previous employer in mid (15) February. So I received my documentation and completed it and was advised this shouldn't take longer then two weeks. Then I follow up with my previous employer as I am waiting and waiting. I then got informed that Ignate informed them that it will be paid this week, the next week it will be paid this week. Then after 3 weeks of this they receive a letter to stamp (this is now after she told us for 3 weeks we will receive payment then they wake up and see that the documentation is not in place. SO after all this they decline my payment as my surname has changed and they did not notice it on any documentation only when payment was made. So the day I was suppose to get paid again... I get a please reply on your service on you payment??? I never received my money??? Then I follow up with them and they confirmed that they received my documentation. They inform me after 3 working days they can inform me of when payment will be made. Today is the 5th (WORKING DAY) after I have send through my documentation. I phone and follow up AGAIN as they cant seem to be able to do their jobs that side. Still I have no idea???
