Keep on sending sms, never getting to the point

I hereby ask someone to please contact me regarding the sms and emails i keep on receiving about outstanding payment. I keep on being threatened that i am going to blacklisted, yet no one contacts me and if someone does contact me the line goes off or it is an inconvient time to speak for me. I did mail [Email Removed] yet i havent received any response. I need to sort this out once and for all ASAP
