Being harassed for non existing account

I am being contacted by norman bisset on a regular basis about my jet account that is in arrears. I don't have a jet account and I have never had a jet account. I have told them this on a number of occasions, but the pathetic people that work at the call centre doesn't seem to understand this. Wow maybe some qualified call centre staff would help!! Now every time they call me, I keep them on line for as long as possible so that I can waiste as much of their money as possible..STOP CALLING ME I DONT HAVE A JET ACCOUNT!!!
