Stop sending me messages!!!

I am a student trying to pay off my Jet account, and since May 2013 I have been paying the account as we agreed with the consultants from Norma Bisset. Now, my problem is that I have been harrased by messages from Norman Bissett even though I pay my account monthly and they bill me for these. How am I suppose to pay the account off if they keep smsing me and billing me for an account I pay? I am a student, I cannot afford to pay random amounts of money for nothing, especially for an account I pay monthly. I really do not appreciate this. I had to ask them to call me in order to tell them to stop sending me messages and they will bill me for that too!!
