Incompetent, unproffessional experience

After months of ignoring emails from this company with regards accounts and details not belonging to me I called to make them aware of their error and request my contact information be removed from their database. I then recieved these messages on a daily basis. I called to repeat my previous request. Even after my third conversation with their 'customer services' department I still had not been removed from their mailing list. My partner called on my behalf and I had to make a further 2 phonecalls. Neither myself or my partner have been met with such incompetent, arrogant, unproffessional attitudes or service from a company before. Was our request to delete their own error so difficult? I thought customer services staff were supposed to assist and solve problems not speak over me and threaten to hang up when they don't know how to double left click on the delete icon. We are currently waiting to see if any more messages arrive after informing a manager that a harrassment case will be opened within an hour if any more are recieved. A sixth grader could perform better and quicker without a disgusting attitude.
