I'm happy to report that there are still decent people in the world. I bought software from [URL Removed] and misread the specs (I was desperate at the time) and I received everything almost immediately to my email. When I read the instructions I realized the mistake I made, so I contacted Intertel and spoke to a gentleman Brett. He was very understanding and said that he would have the payment reversed immediately. I got the SMS from my bank while I was on the phone with him. He then asked whether I had any suggestions about improving the way the product was described, and when I told him how I had quickly gone through the website he agreed with me that it could be easily misunderstood. He said he would get it changed and if I was ever online and looking for something to do, if I could pop back onto the page and see if it was better. I emailed him 20 minutes ago, and got an email back - he was very grateful that I had emailed as my details were deleted when he reversed the transaction. He actually found me what I was looking for and wanted to give me the company's details. What a thoughtful gesture. I won't forget such professionalism and customer service. It is rare.
