Flabbergasted by the awesome service

I met a guy from South Africa online and we've been chatting every day for over a month. There were a few red flags which i won't go into here, but I had some reason to be suspicious but had no proof to act on. When I contacted Intertel their offices were closed but their live support was available (I think it must be around 2am local time). I spoke to a charming man Lawrence and explained my concerns. He explained that he wasn't an investigator but that he would help me nonetheless. I gave him the email address, phone number, and mobile of my friend and he asked me to sit tight for a bit while he checked them for me. He came back in a few minutes with details that put my mind totally at ease. My friend is who he says he is, isn't married, has the job he claims, has no debt, owns the property he said he did, and so on. I guess I could have got the same information from many other companies, but that wasn't what prompted this review. It was the absolutely faultless manner in which Lawrence handled me, my situation, the outcome and how I left that experience with a very positive impression of Intertel. Very well done and thank you again Lawrence.
