Incompetence

I have three issues. The first, yes we fell back on our account with foschini but after phoning and making an agreement on installments, we paid consistantly, until settling the full account of _ R5500 in one payment. My complaint is that when making arrangements to settle the account in full we were assured that our Default listing on ITC would be removed on receipt of payment and would take approximately 14 days to process. Well its been a month and a half and no response. If I had know that this would have been the case I would have carried on paying the installments and saved myself alot of cash that month. My second issue is that I paid up my Mr price account Last year and have constantly requested this letter only to be told it will be emailed to me and yet it never arrives. You don't update ITC accordingly either as today I called an ITC consultant only to be told you have listed me as a REFUSAL TO PAY isnt that funny since both these accounts are now paid in full and before this month we were paying consistantly each month. Seriously think these chain stores should think about new attorneys since you are seriously putting them in a bad light with their customers! RESPOND
