Bullying Me Won't Work!

In Feb 2012 I was contacted by VVM Inc re an outstanding Edgars acc. Considering I haven't had 1 for -20yrs I was very surprised! I requested numerous times for a signed copy of the alleged contract of sale & sales slip. VVM couldn't provide either & acknowledged as such, as they 'considered the matter resolved' - in writing. Now MBD is pestering me for the same Edgars 'debt' (same reference no. as VVM) & no matter how many times I've asked for the 'evidence', nothing is forthcoming. I'm sick of phoning them & emailing & am now ready to sue Edgars for harassment, as they simply won't let go. MBD are trying to bully me into paying for something, which ironically one of their agents lets slip, was an account from 1991! The same agent also quoted an incorrect ID number, but insisted I must pay! An SMS on 21/10/13 informs me I've now been registered with a credit bureau (XDS) due to my non-payment (of an account I know nothing about, but hey, lets not complicate things!). I'm simply not prepared to keep phoning or sending emails, because despite their warnings that phone calls are recorded, NO ONE ACTUALLY LISTENS! If they did, I wouldn't be writing this!
