Never in my life did i have to deal with such behaviour, i called in asking about my statement and balance, i have never been spoken like that in my life, why hire people that don't value a customer, why hire people that don't appreciate their job, she needs to go back to training or be taught soft skills as an agent. i hope something is done about her attitude. You give consultants a bad name cause of your attitude
