Incorrect billing

I had an outstanding account with Vodacom and was unable to pay it so they took me to a collection company called VVM which is in Randburg. I have been paying R100.00 every month and in June the lady called me to say that my last payment will be in July 2013. I made a payment of R120.00 and then received a call to say that i have a balance of R250.00 that is still outstanding for charges. I told them that they must listern to the last call made to me in June 2013. they keep on calling with different amount every month.
And they are very rude when calling.
