Useless accounting/unfair-unlawful costs raised

My wife and myself were retrenched and fell in arrears with a vodacom account. I started work again in Dec 2012 and got letter of balance due to Vodacom of just over R1000.00 as from Dec 2012 I have paid a min of R100.00 each month as agreed, altogether approx R1300.00 to currently paid. Now MBD tells me I still owe them R1500. They claim the funds were not allocated correctly due to a incorrect ref number I used (may I say I used the same ref the whole time) and I got sms for two payments they received. But the rest they did not. Now I am held liable for exorbitant costs and get sms saying that I did not pay them what I agreed on. Correct I paid them for the last two months R200.00 instead of the R100 agreed on. Be careful of MBD .They are incompetent and will charge you exorbitant rates. And their staff are ultra rude. I will go see my attorney regarding this ridiculous costs. Vodacom, you are wasting your money on contracting MBD
