PAID UP ACCOUNT

Today I once again recieved a telephone call from MBD Attorneys with regards to my Virgin Active account. This account was settled with them on 4.6.2008 an amount of R2800.00 was paid to FNB Account No 62036049311 with a beneficiary reference of 92041276863 via EFT from Standard Bank. This amount and banking details were given to me by their offices. I am still being harrased and have faxed through proof of payment on numerous occasions. It appalls me as to the incompetence of these offices. I also mention that they confirm a payment made in 2010 and I have no recollection of this payment so do not understand as to where they get this date from. Please could you assist with this matter.
