Degrading treatment of an abused woman

I've been severely assaulted by my ex-husband and nearly lost my eye. Refer (Criminal Case CAS 72/7/2012). My husband is an actuary and client of Investec Bank. He stopped the bond payments. I signed as surety and Mr Human sued me on behalf of Investec although I was not even an Investec client. I had a meeting with Mr Adriaan Human on 9 April 2013 to explain how I will gather money to buy the house.
After my presentation Mr Human said with a demeaning sarcastic grin: "Sal dit nie makliker wees om die geld uit die aktuaris te kry nie? " I felt humiliated. It was clear that even thought I tried my utmost best Mr Human was disrespectful towards me even though he knew what happened to me. It now came to my attention that Mr Human to my lawyer and made me pay R45000 extra ruining me financially. There is currently a credit balance of R33000 on the account and he is refusing to cooperate with my lawyer so that it can be paid over to me. I don't appreciate the way he treats me as an abused and traumatised woman and how he treats me with less respect because I'm not an actuary like my ex, with or without my legal representation. He's behaviour is unlawful and inhumane.
