Immigration4u
Unhelpful, expensive, & possibly

Lawyers & Legal Counseling

I used Immigration4U's services in Cape Town to seek a temporary residence permit. I spent too much money to get bad attitude and no results. I think Immigration4U may be - or, in the least, rude and unhelpful.

- Mr. Gerrit Janse van Rensburg, the senior member of Immigration4U, was very quick to help with my queries leading up to submitting my application -- wanted to make sure I paid my fee. But then things turned sour.

- Immigration4U says they received an SMS from Home Affairs stating that my application had been approved only 1 month after submission. (I believe they may have about this, as I have no evidence of the supposed approval.) Once I actually tried to get my permit, it was not there.

- I sought to push the process forward, but Gerrit and Immigration4U were slow to communicate and slow to be honest. They often cancelled or postponed meetings at the last minute. Their promises are the only evidence I have of their doing work on my behalf -- which I do not trust.

If I wanted my application to rot in Home Affairs, I could have submitted it myself. Immigration4U brought me nothing but worries & hassle.
