I called MBDCS on Friday 06/09/2013 to arrange for repaying my debt. I then requested a letter of agreement as a confirmation. The lady I spoke to on Friday promised to email the letter but never did, I called again and still she promised and confirmed my email add. When I called today 10/09/2013 (spoke to Lorenzo), they told me they can't send the letter and were quoting their technical terms which I don't understand. If they don't send letters then why promise in the 1st place? I fail to understand as this sounds dodgy. I find this unprofessional and offensive as the debit order arranged for is meant to go off from my bank account. Why must I rely on telephonic conversation? Yes you have recording devices for calls but what about me as a customer who doesn't have anything handy as proof of agreement with the company???
