BILLING / ACCOUNTS NO FEEDBACK

On the 27 June 2012, I cancelled my TV - licence with an affidavid from the SAPS and send it via e-mail and posted the original to the SABC offices. On the 23rd May 2013 i received a Letter via e-mail that was dated the 17thMay 2013 from Makaula Zilwa Inc that i am arrears on my TV Licence and legal action will be taken. I have forwarded via fax and e-mail a letter on the 24th May 2013 with my Affidavid from the SAPS to their offices and nobody has contacted me. on the 27th May 2013 i again faxed and e-mailed them my documentation and UNTILL NOW NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. I DO NOT HAVE A TV AND WILL NOT IN FUTURE PURCHASE ONE. How can they hold me responsible for the amount of R475 -00 oustanding when i have cancelled my licence ACCORDING TO THE LAW AND ACCORDING TO THE RIGHT PROCEDURES AS WAS REQUESTED BY THE SABC.
