I have received a letter from MIW stating that I have skipped two (2) payment. I have send the proof of payment to both MIW and Standard Bank to confirm that they have received the payments.
MIW says that it was send in error but it contains all my details on the letter. The feeling and frustration of receiving these letter is enormous and the way that MIW handle the telephone call is appalling, so I assume it will be just left at that cause MIW says it was na error Standard Bank Legal department does not supply customers with statements and it must be requested from the firm collecting. Whoopy...
